Kang Hae-rin (강해린) is a South Korean singer and a member of the globally recognized group NewJeans under ADOR Entertainment. Born on May 15, 2006, in Seoul, South Korea, she is fluent in English and Korean and has a younger sister. Her representative color is white, and her chosen emoji is a frog. Additionally, Haerin serves as a jewelry, fashion, and beauty ambassador for ADOR.
Kang Haerin's journey to becoming a K-pop star began when she successfully auditioned for HYBE's global talent search in October 2019. Opting to focus on her training, she left school as a junior. Before joining NewJeans, she was an active member of the broadcasting club. Known as the "voice fairy," Haerin is recognized for her curiosity and eagerness to learn new things.
Haerin is a curious individual with hobbies such as listening to music, collecting gifs and photos, and reading. She is passionate about shopping and dreams of traveling with her fellow group members.
